Payroll Specialist

We are currently recruiting for a Payroll Specialist to join our HR team here in Dubai to process payroll and all day to day activities related to it. Some of the key responsibilities of the role include:

• Act as primary payroll administrator for the UAE region
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll at all times while reviewing data related to incentives, increments, resignations etc.
• Work closely with finance for processing payments
• Preparation of MIS report for review and approval
  

To be considered for this role, you will have a minimum of 5 years experience, ideally taken from an F&B/Hospitality/Retail environment. Excellent MS Excel skills are essential and preference will be given to candidates with experience working with HRMS Payroll modules. Experience with Emiratisation payroll process (GPSSA, Nafis etc) would be preferred.
