Job Description

The role would require you to assist with the day-to-day operation of the payroll department. We are looking for someone who has accounting or payroll experience as he / she will be handling the preparation of staff commissions and the payroll. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

1. Processing of payroll every month
2. Preparation of monthly commission runs
3. Processing and calculation of commissions, overrides, bonuses, tour/booking fees, and overtime efficiently and effectively
4. Ensure accurate application of The Group’s compensation packages
5. Timely processing and releasing of expense & business travel reimbursements
6. Preparation of payroll reports
7. Attending and responding to queries related to payroll

Desired Skill & Expertise

1. Graduate in Accounting or HR
2. Advanced Excel skills are a must
3. Experience in payroll or accounting is a must
