Job description

About this role:

  1. Review and analyze payroll data and reports for accuracy and resolve discrepancies to ensure accurate posting to payroll records.
  2. Manage the printing and leave status reports.
  3. Prepare, process, and track wage.
  4. Process and maintain records of employee leave status.
  5. Maintain filing system for payroll and related records.
  6. Prepare and direct processing of deductions.
  7. Perform related duties as to specific assignments.
  8. Provide service to customers by answering questions, providing information, making referrals, and assuring appropriate follow-through and/or resolution.
  9. Communicate with managers, supervisors, co-workers, citizens, and others while maintaining confidentiality.
  10. Coordinate with recruitment team for engagement for a new joiner and assist the team to speed up engagement.
  11. Prepare Action Confirmation for internal transfers, promotions, and salary increases/decreases.
  12. Provide and process the Final Settlement.
  13. Additional tasks/duties may be delegated as per the requirement.

Occupational and Workplace Health and Safety Responsibilities:

In addition to all job-specific responsibilities, all employees are required to adhere to all Khidmah health, safety, and environmental (HSE) policies, procedures, practices, and relevant legal and statutory health, safety, and environmental requirements and obligations. All employees are personally responsible for familiarizing themselves with these policies, procedures, practices, updates, etc. Khidmah HSE department regularly updates existing and introduces new policies, procedures, and practices, and each employee is personally responsible for ensuring they stay updated and compliant with all such updates and new additions.

Information Security Responsibilities:

  1. Comply with Khidmah Information Security Policies.
  2. Be aware of and fulfill their information security responsibilities.
  3. Ensure whoever handles sensitive company information has taken the Security Awareness Training.
  4. Know how to report a security incident (to IT ServiceDesk or InfoSec).
  5. Not disable his/her OS firewall and/or Antivirus.
  6. Restrict use to authorized purposes, protect access accounts, privileges, and associated passwords.

Accept accountability for individual user accounts and maintain confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent in any related field (e.g., Psychology).
  2. HR Professional certifications are a plus (e.g., CIPD, SHRM).
  3. 2-4 years of experience in Recruitment & HR.
  4. 2-3 years’ experience within the FM industry is preferable.
  5. SAP ERP experience preferred.
