About The Role

1. Process end-to-end payroll, ensuring accurate salary calculations, overtime, allowances, and deductions.
2. Verify timesheets, attendance records, and employee data before payroll processing.
3. Ensure compliance with Middle East labor laws.
4. Manage employee benefits, including gratuity, end-of-service settlements, and leave encashment.
5. Maintain payroll records, payslips, and ensure data confidentiality.
6. Assist in audits and payroll reconciliations, ensuring compliance with company policies.

1. 3 years of experience in payroll processing.
2. Middle East payroll experience is mandatory.
3. Knowledge of GCC labor laws, WPS, and payroll taxation policies.
