Job description

Zee Entertainment in Dubai is seeking a Payroll, MIS & Benefits Administrator to manage payroll processing, employee benefits administration, and MIS reporting. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle sensitive employee data with confidentiality. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills are mandatory. The candidate must have experience with SAP and SuccessFactors.

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Administration:

  • Process payroll for employees accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws and company policies.
  • Maintain payroll records, including salaries, bonuses, deductions, and overtime calculations.
  • Work closely with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate payroll execution.
  • Handle payroll-related queries and resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure payroll compliance with internal controls and external regulations.

MIS & Reporting:

  • Develop and maintain HR MIS reports for management, tracking key HR metrics and payroll analytics.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reports, including headcount, attrition, and cost analysis.
  • Generate dashboards and presentations in Excel and PowerPoint for senior leadership.
  • Support HR audits by providing required data and documentation.

Benefits Administration:

  • Manage employee benefits, including medical insurance, gratuity, leave policies, and other compensation programs.
  • Handle enrollments, claims, and renewals in coordination with insurance providers.
  • Ensure employees are informed about benefit policies and assist with queries.
  • Keep up to date with changes in UAE labor laws and ensure compliance in all benefits-related matters.

Key Requirements:

  • 5-8 years of experience in Payroll, HRMIS, or Benefits Administration.
  • Strong knowledge of UAE labor laws, payroll regulations, and benefits administration.
  • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and PowerPoint skills are mandatory.
  • Experience with SAP and SuccessFactors is required.
  • Experience with HR/payroll software and ERP systems.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage confidential information.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
