Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented payroll analyst to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing while maintaining compliance with company policies and legal requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong analytical skills, proficiency in payroll systems, and experience handling payroll-related queries.

Responsibilities:

• Process payroll accurately and ensure timely payments to employees.
• Maintain payroll records, including wages, deductions, bonuses, and tax-related data.
• Analyze payroll data and generate reports for management.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, tax regulations, and company policies.
• Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and inquiries.
• Assist in audits by preparing necessary payroll documentation.
• Stay updated on changes in payroll laws and best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, human resources, or a related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in payroll processing and analysis.
• Strong knowledge of payroll systems, tax regulations, and labor laws.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and payroll software.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
