Maintain and update employee records, including leave, payroll deductions, air tickets, accommodation, new hires, resignations, terminations, increments, and overtime.
Coordinate with HR Executive – Payroll to manage monthly labor wages through payroll software by entering attendance, overtime, and deductions.
Prepare and submit payroll-related reports and authorized payment records for the Accounts Manager's review.
Process payroll, including salary disbursement, deductions, overtime payments, and employee benefits, ensuring accuracy and compliance with policies.
Reconcile and finalize payroll transactions, including retirement, tickets, loans, and accommodations, while preparing necessary bank transfer letters and supporting documents.
Manage attendance summaries, job costing records, and payroll cycle approvals for drivers, laborers, and employees of sister companies.
Address payroll inquiries, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely, accurate payroll processing and reporting.
Support additional payroll and accounting tasks as assigned by the Accounts Manager.
Desired Candidate Profile
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a Payroll Accountant in UAE.
Understanding of payroll legislation and processes.
