The Junior Payroll Accountant will be part of a Payroll Team and be responsible for the payroll process of TMF international clients.

1. Create and maintain each Client file which may include filing folders, work instruction, payroll calendar, trusted source, etc.
2. Responsible for accurate, complete, and timely processing of weekly, fortnightly, and monthly payrolls, remittances and filings with appropriate tax authorities/pension providers as required and payments to employees.
3. Meet the indicated deadlines for each allocated client task.
4. Perform tasks in compliance with company policies relating to payroll to ensure requirements are followed consistently and in full for each payroll cycle.
5. Perform basic tasks in compliance with employment legislation, data protection, and control risk within payroll functions.
6. Monitor payroll deadlines and ensure timely delivery.
7. Client invoicing.
8. Perform basic standard defined tasks to on-board new clients.
9. Participate in payroll-related projects when required to do so.
10. Provide administrative support to the payroll team as required.
11. Attend client meetings as required.
12. Other related duties as assigned.

1. Graduate from Poly/University in Business, HR, Accounting, or related disciplines.
2. Up to 2 years of relevant experience in international companies or professional firms.
