We are looking for a Payments Operations Coordinator to join our Team and help us grow and serve our merchants in multiple regions. You'll do this by building continuous engagement with the external payment providers to ensure smooth onboarding and contracting of their services. Once we start processing payments, you will also be leading the performance monitoring and any payments-related improvements.
To drive, manage, and coordinate the operational infrastructure of our fast-growing company, you are a hands-on, smart-thinking, and fast-acting coordinator, overseeing and steering multiple onboarding projects. You play a vital role in process improvement and maintaining documentation within our organization.
In order to do this successfully, you'll be proactively connecting with different internal team members in legal, finance, product, design, and marketing teams to gather all necessary information required by the external providers, and with BI and tech teams to ensure smooth integration and monitoring of performance. Structure is key; you know that from experience and are an expert in applying this into this role.
Responsibilities
- Work in close collaboration with multiple external providers and internal departments to coordinate new merchants' application and onboarding. Maintain and optimize the onboarding checklist and internal documentation, with a strong focus on standardization and scalability.
- Monitor and prepare management reports on payment performance KPIs. Coordinate with business intelligence analysts to build these dashboards and involve the right team members to ensure KPIs are maintained.
- Be the point of contact for external queries and complete requests about the merchant KYC, risk and compliance requirements, and any day-to-day questions.
- Be the master user of external tools and systems - perform reports generation, dashboard review, and user management on a regular basis.

Skills & Qualifications
- 2-5 years of experience in operations or vendor management within ecommerce/digital goods and services.
- Great project management skills, extremely organized.
- You use data for analysis and recommend improvements. You see the opportunity in situations where others would see a setback.
- You feel comfortable working in a high-paced environment and have the ability to maintain high levels of productivity with an eye for detail.
- You have strong problem-solving capabilities and can adapt to new processes and procedures quickly while dealing with many varied requests and challenges.
- Fluency in English, spoken and written.
