About Us: As we enter the new year, we’re expanding our team to keep up with our exciting growth. We’re on the hunt for a talented Payment and Reconciliation Clerk who’s ready to bring their expertise, energy, and enthusiasm to the table.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Your role will be pivotal in keeping our financial processes running smoothly. Here's a snapshot of your day-to-day and weekly responsibilities:

Daily Tasks:

1. Raise invoices and reconcile incoming transactions in Xero
2. Perform multiple daily pay runs with precision
3. Manage office hours from 10 AM to 6 PM

Weekly Tasks:

1. Handle billing and reconcile expenditures with accuracy
2. Tackle a monthly bonus checklist to unlock bonus eligibility

Requirements

• Proficiency in payroll software, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook
• Fluent English communication skills, especially on the phone
• A detail-driven, team-oriented individual who’s eager to learn and grow.
