Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will:

• Supervise kitchen staff to ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Train chefs and assistants in pastry aspects to improve product quality.
• Coordinate chef work to ensure efficient food preparation and service.

Requirements

To be considered for this role, you will need:

• Minimum 3 years experience as head chef in an Indian restaurant in UAE.
• Well-versed in North Indian - Mughlai/Punjabi Cuisine.
