Needs for the Candidate:

1. A minimum of one year of experience as a Pastry Chef is preferred but not essential;
2. Able to create new recipes and dishes;
3. Excellent organizational skills;
4. Ability to work with a range of equipment;
5. Knowledge of food safety standards;
6. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced kitchen environment;
7. Strong communication/interpersonal skills.
