Job Title: Pastry Chef

Location: Sharjah, UAE
Salary: 1600 AED/month

We are seeking an experienced and passionate Pastry Chef to join our team in Sharjah. The successful candidate should have a good understanding of the pastry arts and must be capable of preparing a wide variety of cakes, desserts, chocolates, and other treats.

The ideal candidate should have excellent knowledge of kitchen operations and possess a creative flair for developing new recipes. They should be able to work well under pressure and meet deadlines. They should also be well-versed in food safety regulations, hygiene standards, and proper storage practices as it applies to pastries.

Responsibilities:

1. Prepare cakes, desserts, chocolates, and other pastries in accordance with the restaurant’s standards.
2. Ensure all recipes are properly followed including ingredients’ measurements, cooking time, and presentation techniques.
3. Monitor stock levels of finished products as well as ingredients needed for production.
4. Collaborate with other chefs regarding special menu items or seasonal changes.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a pastry chef or similar role in a restaurant setting.
2. Knowledge of baking techniques and recipes preferred.
3. Understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene standards required.
