1. Prepare a variety of pastries, cakes, pies, tarts, cookies and other desserts according to established recipes
2. Create unique dessert dishes with innovative ideas and techniques
3. Monitor production levels and quality of all desserts produced in the kitchen
4. Manage inventory levels of all ingredients used in dessert production
5. Maintain cleanliness and safety standards throughout the kitchen area

1. Minimum 2 years of pastry chef experience in a professional setting
2. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
3. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
4. Proven ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently within tight timelines
