Job Responsibilities

  5. Oversee the production of pastries, ensuring consistency in taste and presentation.
  6. Manage inventory and stock levels for pastry ingredients.
  7. Maintain high standards of quality and hygiene in pastry preparation.
  8. Conduct regular taste tests and evaluations to ensure customer satisfaction.
  9. Apply creative and artistic techniques to decorate pastries attractively.
  10. Ensure that all pastries are presented in an aesthetically pleasing manner.
  11. Work closely with other kitchen staff to coordinate overall menu offerings.
  12. Collaborate with chefs to align pastry offerings with the overall culinary theme.
  13. Adhere to strict hygiene and safety standards in the kitchen.
  14. Keep workstations clean and organized at all times.
  15. Provide guidance and training to junior pastry staff.
