As Pastry Chef at Studio Frantzén you will be assisting the Chef De Cuisine to ensure that the set pastry standards are consistently maintained and improved. You will also exhibit creative baking and lead the staff in preparing quality and consistent pastries. In addition to this you will develop daily specials and ensure a variety of menu items offering local specialties, and plan pastry inventory in accordance with the forecasted business levels. In this role you will also continuously improve guest satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget. You must ensure that the sanitation and maintenance of equipment, proper rotation of food and usage of merchandise is in accordance to the food safety standards.
