Job Description:

The Pastry Chef is responsible for the production and presentation of all pastry items in the restaurant. The position involves creating new, exciting recipes, managing and training staff, and ensuring that all dishes are prepared on time and meet the highest standards of quality.

Demands for the Candidate:

1. At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
2. Culinary degree or equivalent qualifications
3. Ability to work under pressure
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
5. Excellent communication skills
6. Knowledge of food safety regulations and techniques
7. Ability to work in a team environment
