Passenger Service Agent

A Passenger Service Agent is responsible for assisting passengers during their journey at an airport or train station. They provide customer service, check-in passengers, handle baggage, and coordinate boarding processes. Passenger Service Agents also assist passengers with special needs, resolve customer complaints, and ensure a smooth and pleasant travel experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

1. Greet and assist passengers with check-in processes.
2. Issue boarding passes and baggage tags.
3. Check passports, visas, and travel documents for validity.
4. Handle and transport passenger baggage.
5. Provide assistance to passengers with disabilities or special needs.
6. Answer passenger inquiries and provide accurate information.
7. Resolve customer complaints or issues in a timely manner.
8. Coordinate boarding processes and ensure on-time departures.
9. Collaborate with airline and airport staff to ensure efficient operations.
10. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness at the passenger service counters.

Minimum Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle difficult situations.
• Basic knowledge of airport or airline operations.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
