Job Summary:
Provide exceptional customer service to passengers ensuring a smooth and enjoyable travel experience.
Responsibilities:
- Check-in and Baggage Handling: Assist passengers with check-in, baggage drop-off, and boarding passes.
- Flight Information and Scheduling: Provide passengers with flight information, schedules, and travel documentation.
- Customer Support: Resolve passenger complaints and concerns, offering solutions and alternatives when necessary.
- Airport Navigation: Assist passengers with navigating the airport, including directions to gates, baggage claims, and other facilities.
- Special Assistance: Provide support for passengers with special needs, such as wheelchair assistance or escort services.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma: Required
- Customer Service Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to resolve conflicts and think critically
- Flexibility: Willingness to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Language Skills: Fluency in English (additional languages may be required)
