Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and customer-focused Passenger Assistance Officers to oversee limousine taxi services at designated locations. The role involves coordinating taxi availability, managing passenger queues, promoting the service, and ensuring a seamless transportation experience. Candidates must demonstrate excellent communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure limousine taxi availability by coordinating with the control center.
- Assist passengers with boarding and exiting vehicles safely.
- Address passenger inquiries and provide information about services.
- Organize and manage the limousine taxi queue efficiently.
- Maintain a smooth flow of passengers while ensuring fairness in the queuing process.
- Handle any queue-related concerns or disputes professionally.
On-Site Promotion & Customer Service:
- Promote limousine taxi services to potential customers.
- Provide clear details on pricing, destinations, and benefits of the service.
- Maintain a professional and courteous demeanor at all times.
Reporting & Compliance:
- Submit daily reports detailing passenger interactions, taxi availability, and operational issues.
- Adhere to company guidelines, including dress code and service standards.
- Ensure compliance with local transportation regulations and client requirements.
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in customer service, hospitality, or transportation assistance.
- Strong communication skills with English proficiency (additional languages are a plus).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
