Parts Administrator | Galadari Energy Solutions | Abu Dhabi

The Position

Galadari Energy Solutions is looking for a Parts Administrator to join our team in Abu Dhabi. This role will support our parts operations, ensuring smooth inventory management, order processing, and coordination with the Sales Team and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage spare parts inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
  • Process parts orders, invoices, and delivery documentation efficiently.
  • Coordinate with the Sales team suppliers, logistics, and service teams to ensure timely parts availability.
  • Assist customers and internal teams with parts inquiries and orders.
  • Maintain records of parts usage, pricing, and warranty claims.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in parts administration within the power generation or heavy equipment industry (desirable).
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and MS Office.
  • Ability to work independently and within a team.
