Parts Manager

What You'll Do

1. Proactively manage parts ordering and inventory on a monthly basis.
2. Implement inventory management strategies to minimize shortages and excess stock.
3. Handle emergency and VOR (vehicle off road) orders to meet service center requirements promptly.
4. Ensure backorders and emergency orders are fulfilled and financially reconciled per EXEED's financial processes.
5. Lead and supervise a team, providing training and fostering collaboration.
6. Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and returns.
7. Oversee quality control for incoming and outgoing parts.
8. Collaborate on monthly P&L and forecasting models.
9. Interact with customers to understand and fulfill their parts needs.
10. Conduct bi-annual stock counts to ensure accuracy.
11. Utilize computerized inventory management systems and implement manual monitoring controls.
12. Ensure compliance with SOPs, SLAs, and regulatory standards.
13. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

What You'll Need

Education & Certifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
2. Technical certification in inventory management (preferred).

Knowledge & Skills:

1. Expertise in parts procurement, inventory management, and quality control.
2. Proficiency in computerized inventory systems and advanced Excel skills.
3. Strong leadership and people management abilities.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience:

1. Proven experience in parts management or a related field.
2. Demonstrated success in leading teams and achieving operational goals.
