Parts Manager

What You’ll Do

• Proactively manage parts ordering and inventory on a monthly basis.
• Implement inventory management strategies to minimize shortages and excess stock.
• Handle emergency and VOR (vehicle off road) orders to meet service center requirements promptly.
• Ensure backorders and emergency orders are fulfilled and financially reconciled per EXEED's financial processes.
• Lead and supervise a team, providing training and fostering collaboration.
• Maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and returns.
• Oversee quality control for incoming and outgoing parts.
• Collaborate on monthly P&L and forecasting models.
• Interact with customers to understand and fulfill their parts needs.
• Conduct bi-annual stock counts to ensure accuracy.
• Utilize computerized inventory management systems and implement manual monitoring controls.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, SLAs, and regulatory standards.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.

What You'll need

Education & Certifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Technical certification in inventory management (preferred).

Knowledge & Skills:

• Expertise in parts procurement, inventory management, and quality control.
• Proficiency in computerized inventory systems and advanced Excel skills.
• Strong leadership and people management abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience:

• Proven experience in parts management or a related field.
• Demonstrated success in leading teams and achieving operational goals.
