  1. Ensure proper inventory management to support customer service.
  2. Resolve all customer-related issues that may arise.
  3. Control all department expenses in relation to budget.
  4. Review open purchase order report to maintain accuracy.
  5. Review daily or weekly stock orders.
  6. Manage staff workload.
  7. Perform essential duties as the hiring manager for the respective department.
