Parts Advisor - Outdoor Sales

Job Summary:

AGMC BMW is seeking a dynamic and customer-driven Outdoor Sales Parts Advisor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales of genuine BMW parts and accessories by engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and providing expert recommendations. You will maintain strong relationships with existing customers while actively seeking new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for automotive parts, excellent sales skills, and a deep understanding of BMW products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with independent workshops, fleet customers, and other potential clients.
• Proactively visit customers to promote and sell BMW genuine parts and accessories.
• Identify customer needs and provide expert advice on product selection and compatibility.
• Process orders, prepare quotations, and ensure timely delivery of parts.
• Collaborate with the internal parts and service teams to ensure product availability and seamless customer service.
• Achieve and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Stay up to date with BMW parts catalogues, pricing, promotions, and market trends.
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide after-sales support.
• Maintain accurate sales records, customer interactions, and follow-up activities.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 2-3 years in outdoor sales in the automotive industry. Experience in premium or luxury car brands is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of automotive parts, especially BMW genuine parts and accessories.
• Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer service abilities.
• Proficiency in using parts catalogues, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge in using Autoline is an added advantage
• Valid UAE driver’s license is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical or sales certifications are a plus.
• Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
