Are you a customer-focused professional with experience in parts sales and inventory management? We are seeking a dedicated Parts Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for meeting counter sales requirements and ensuring that parts inventory and associated records are maintained appropriately.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers and provide exceptional service.
2. Advise customers on part numbers, prices, and availability.
3. Offer guidance on the use and care of parts and provide advice concerning specialized products or services.
4. Prepare parts estimates and quotations.
5. Follow up on credit terms and credit sales procedures of the Parts Dealers Network.
6. Familiarize yourself with Parts Return Policy, Warranty Policy, and delivery dates for both customers and technicians.
7. Prepare Parts Delivery Orders and Sales Invoices.
8. Assist in designing the accessories display.
9. Maintain a clean and tidy working area.
10. Keep accurate sales records for inventory control and follow-up.
11. Operate computerized inventory record-keeping and re-ordering systems.
12. Prepare and follow up on the Loss Sales Report.
13. Communicate and coordinate with the Ordering Section for ordering requested parts from customers and monitor lead-time and delivery.
14. Perform other duties as requested by the Parts Sales Supervisor/Procurement & Stores Manager.

Requirements:

1. A Degree or Diploma in Material Management or a related area is preferred.
2. A minimum of 2 years of work experience in a comparable working environment.
3. Fluency in English is essential.
4. Computer literate with strong skills in Computerized Warehouse Systems.
