Partnerships Manager (6 Months Contract) Immediate Joiners

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Partnership Development & Commercial:

• Proactively identify, engage, and nurture potential partners to create a diverse pipeline that supports loyalty program growth and aligns with strategic business objectives.
• Develop and negotiate partnership agreements that align with business objectives and optimize revenue potential, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure comprehensive review and alignment.
• Prepare financial models / business cases to evaluate the ROI of potential strategic partnerships and its initiatives.
• Work closely with data and analytics teams to identify and obtain the necessary data for developing robust business cases and financial models.

Marketing and Communication:

• Work closely with partners to develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that leverage strengths from both sides, ensuring mutual goals are met and maximizing program impact.
• Design promotional campaigns and offers that incentivize member participation and increase program enrolment.
• Continuously assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, ensuring that commitments are met and providing insights for ongoing optimization and improvement.
• Collaborate with partners to identify and finalize marketing collateral requirements, while liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure timely execution and delivery of materials.

Reporting:

• Identify key reporting needs and work closely with data and analytics teams to design and implement automated dashboards that provide real-time insights into partnership performance.
• Compile and present quantitative performance reports for each partner on a weekly basis, highlighting key metrics and insights to drive informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with finance and analytics teams to track program profitability and identify growth opportunities.
