Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Partnership Manager to join our team. This role is crucial in expanding our network by onboarding agents who facilitate payments and integrating gambling websites with our projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in payment systems specifically tailored for gaming and gambling merchants, as well as a proven track record in partnership management, calling, and face-to-face meetings.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Agent Onboarding:
  • Identify and reach out to potential agents who facilitate payments for our projects.
  • Conduct initial calls to introduce the projects and assess agent suitability.
  • Onboard agents by thoroughly explaining the project details, benefits, and processes.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to agents to ensure smooth integration and operation.
  • Manage relationships with agents to ensure satisfaction and effective collaboration.
  • Identify and target gambling merchants for project integration.
  • Reach out to potential merchants through calls and arrange face-to-face meetings.
  • Present the benefits and features of integrating with our projects.
  • Work closely with merchants to facilitate seamless integration and address any technical or operational challenges.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential agents and merchants.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both agents and merchants.
    • Regularly check in with partners to ensure their needs are met and to gather feedback for improvement.
    • Resolve any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.

    Requirements:

    • Proven experience in payment systems, specifically for gaming and gambling merchants.
    • Strong calling and communication skills.
    • Experience in conducting face-to-face meetings and presentations.
    • Ability to attend industry events and represent the company professionally.
    • Excellent relationship management skills.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle technical integration issues.
    • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
    • Ability to travel as required.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Previous experience as a partnership manager or similar role in the gaming or gambling industry.
    • Familiarity with current trends and regulations in the gaming/gambling payment systems.
