Job Description:

Genesys is seeking an astute Partner Account Manager to enhance our partner operations within the vibrant GCC market (excluding Saudi Arabia and Bahrain). This role is ideal for a professional skilled in SaaS operational management, partner strategy, and collaborative growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and Nurture Partner Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing partners in GCC market (excluding Saudi Arabia and Bahrain), focusing on operational excellence and strategic growth.
  2. Strategize Partner Business Development: Craft and execute partner business strategies to scale Genesys solutions and capabilities through our GCC market (excluding Saudi Arabia and Bahrain) partner network.
  3. Provide Operational Support: Ensure partners have the necessary tools, resources, and knowledge to effectively market and sell Genesys solutions.
  4. Collaborate on Business Plans: Work with partners to develop detailed business plans, including operational processes, sales targets, and go-to-market strategies.
  5. Streamline Onboarding and Training: Coordinate with internal teams to optimize partner onboarding, training, and enablement, fostering a high-performance partner ecosystem.
  6. Monitor Performance Metrics: Track and manage partner performance metrics, driving continuous improvement in sales and operational efficiency.
  7. Integrate Partner Feedback: Facilitate the integration of partner feedback into product development and business processes to meet partner needs and deliver value.
  8. Manage Partnership Agreements: Negotiate and oversee partnership agreements, focusing on operational clauses that ensure smooth cooperation and mutual growth.
  9. Lead Operational Reviews: Organize and conduct regular operational reviews with partners to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and align on future objectives.

Qualifications:

  1. Experience: Proven background in partner management, operations, or business development, especially within the SaaS or cloud-based solutions sector.
  2. Skills: Excellent organizational and project management abilities with a keen eye for detail.
  3. Interpersonal Abilities: Strong interpersonal skills with the capacity to build relationships, influence partners, and collaborate effectively.
  4. Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years in partner operations or account management.
  5. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  6. Travel: Willingness to travel up to 50% to engage with partners and internal teams.
