Conduct legal research using online databases, libraries, and other sources including external law firms.
Draft and review legal documents, such as service agreements, distribution agreements, retail agreements, board and shareholder resolutions, letters, articles of association and other constitutional documents, including incorporation and share transfers.
Upload constitutional documents on portals or submit them to the authorities for final execution as required.
Ensure due diligence and compliance with authorities’ requirements.
Review and proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness.
Follow ethical and professional standards and regulations.
Organize and maintain files, records, and evidence related to legal files.
Use and update our files on our various software and drives.
Send documents for signature (digital or not).
Communicate and coordinate with lawyers, clients, and other relevant stakeholders.
Perform administrative tasks supporting the Legal Managers.
Keep track of deadlines and calendars when required.
What You’ll Need To Succeed
Bachelor’s degree in law.
Experience in working as a junior legal counsel, paralegal, intern, or a legal assistant.
Proficiency in using computer software, such as Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and legal databases.
Excellent written and oral communication skills in English.
