Paralegal / Junior Legal Counsel

Purpose of the Job:

The Paralegal / Junior Legal Counsel will focus on employment law to support our legal team. This role involves managing legal documents, and ensuring compliance with employment laws.

Major Activities:

• Draft and review employment-related legal documents (contracts, agreements).

• Ensure compliance with employment laws and support policy updates.

• Assist with administrative tasks, wherever necessary.

• Support senior legal counsel and legal counsel on investigations, and employment related cases, gradually increasing responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
• Additional qualifications such as SQE, LLM, LPC, or BVC are advantageous.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant legal experience, preferably in an international firm or within an in-house legal department. Law firm experience is mandatory.
• English (must command excellent language skills)
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of employment laws an advantage
• Experience with contract management
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
