The Role
In this role, the Paralegal will be instrumental in supporting the firm's legal operations by ensuring seamless case management and documentation. You will collaborate closely with attorneys, clients, and internal stakeholders to deliver comprehensive support on diverse legal matters. The ideal candidate should demonstrate exceptional organizational skills and a proactive mindset, excelling in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
Draft, review, and manage legal documents, contracts, and correspondence with accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
Conduct thorough legal research and analysis to support case preparation and decision-making.
Maintain and organize case files, ensuring all records are up-to-date and accessible.
Liaise with clients and external stakeholders, providing timely updates and addressing inquiries professionally.
Support attorneys during meetings, hearings, and trials by preparing materials and managing logistics.
Coordinate with internal departments to streamline processes and ensure compliance with regulations.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance efficiency.
The ideal candidate
Must possess a relevant degree or certification in law or paralegal studies.
Should have at least 3+ years of experience in a legal support role, preferably within a law firm.
Demonstrates strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
Highly proficient in legal research tools, case management systems, and Microsoft Office.
Displays adaptability and thrives in a collaborative yet demanding environment.
Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
