Job Description

• Drafting and reviewing contracts
• Conducting due diligence on contracts and business agreements
• Performing legal research and analysis
• Conducting company searches and investigating licenses
• Managing payment collections
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook
• Experienced in corporate commercial law or contract law
• Basic knowledge of company formation processes
• Possesses an investigative mindset and strong research skills
• Conduct research on legal issues and gather relevant information from various sources.
• Communicate with clients and other parties involved in legal matters.
• Skilled in preparing legal reports and presentations

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelor's degree in paralegal studies or a related field.
• Paralegal certification or equivalent experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• 5+ years of experience working as a paralegal in a law firm or corporate legal department.
