Paralegal

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with legal documentation, including drafting, reviewing, and amending contracts (NDAs, SLAs, MoAs, etc.).
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties to meet deadlines and requirements.
• Manage legal department expenses, invoices, and document filing systems.
• Draft resolutions, correspondence, and memos; organise meetings and travel arrangements.
• Maintain calendars and track renewal deadlines.
• Handle KYC requests and liaise with Compliance.
• Mitigate legal risks, escalating issues as needed.
• Provide analytical and administrative support on sensitive matters.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in law (preferred).
• Bilingual in English and Arabic.
• 2-4 years experience in financial services, in-house legal teams, or law firms.
• Proficient in drafting and managing legal agreements.
• Familiar with corporate governance, KYC, and regulatory compliance.

Skills:

• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Organised, detail-oriented, and adaptable to dynamic environments.
• Fluent in English and Arabic.
