Painter

Ontime Group is searching for a skilled Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in both interior and exterior painting, demonstrating a keen eye for detail and a passion for creating aesthetically pleasing environments.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes.
• Select and mix paints to ensure the correct color and finish.
• Apply paints, stains, and other finishes to various surfaces using brushes, rollers, or spray equipment.
• Inspect work quality and make necessary adjustments to ensure high standards.
• Adhere to safety protocols and best practices while painting.
• Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project requirements.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good condition.
• Complete projects within deadlines and budget constraints.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Painter, preferably in residential or commercial projects.
• Strong knowledge of painting techniques and materials.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Good physical stamina and the ability to work in various environmental conditions.
• Familiarity with safety standards and procedures in painting.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with clients and team members.
• A valid UAE driving license is an advantage.
