Key Responsibilities:

1. Perform interior and exterior painting tasks, including surface preparation, priming, and finishing
2. Apply decorative finishes, such as stains, varnishes, and specialty coatings
3. Ensure high-quality workmanship while adhering to timelines and project specifications
4. Repair and prepare surfaces for painting by filling holes, sanding, and cleaning
5. Collaborate with team members to coordinate painting projects and schedules
6. Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas and tools
7. Follow safety protocols and adhere to building codes

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience as a painter, specifically in finishing work
2. Strong knowledge of painting techniques, materials, and tools
3. Attention to detail with a focus on delivering high-quality results
4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
5. Good communication skills and customer service orientation
6. Physical ability to perform manual labor and work at heights as needed
