Position Overview

This is an on-site position and you must live within 50 miles of 10431 Pinnacle Dr, Wise, VA 24293.

Responsibilities:

  1. Handle inbound service calls.
  2. Drive customer satisfaction through voice, chat, and/or email communications.
  3. Navigate through multiple systems and tools.
  4. Ongoing training and skill development.

Qualifications:

  1. Strong communication skills, including the ability to navigate between screens while assisting customers.
  2. Problem-solver with a can-do attitude.
  3. Eager to advance your career with a reliable company.
  4. Enjoy working independently and with a team.
  5. Must be 18+ years of age.
  6. High school diploma (or GED equivalent).
  7. Must pass a background check.

Compensation:

$15 - $16 Hourly Pay. Upskill Pay Increase Available. Referral Bonus Available.
