· Provide executive and administrative support to COO.
· Communicates directly, and on behalf of the COO, with Board members, staff, and others, on matters related to COO's instructions and decisions.
· Drafting and writing high-quality reports and presentations, as required by the COO.
· Works closely and effectively with the COO to keep him well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
· Strong organizational skills that reflect the ability to perform and prioritize multiple tasks seamlessly with excellent attention to detail.
· Researches, prioritizes, and follows up on incoming issues and concerns addressed to the COO, including those of a sensitive or confidential nature.
· Responsible for organizing internal and external meetings on behalf of the COO, ensuring all necessary requirements are made e.g. meeting venue, equipment, presentations, prepare agendas.
· Minimum 5 years’ experience as Personal Assistant, Office Manager to Top Management, or similar role.
· Strong written and oral communication skills in both Arabic & English.
· University degree or diploma related to the field.
· Fluency in Arabic & English - spoken and written.
· Maintain high levels of professionalism & confidentiality.
