Key Responsibilities
P&L Ownership & Business Growth:
- Own the Middle East P&L (with a focus on UAE) and drive revenue growth.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to scale revenue while maintaining profitability.
- Improve unit economics and maximize gross margins, driving P&L to 30% CM.
Sales & Market Expansion:
- Lead, build, and scale sales teams in the UAE market.
- Unlock local partnerships, B2B opportunities, and new revenue streams.
- Identify right pricing models for different MEA countries based on market research.
- Leverage deep MEA market knowledge to tailor offerings for optimal business growth.
Strategy & Execution:
- Improve lead-to-sales conversion rates.
- Work closely with marketing, product, and academy teams to enhance the sales funnel.
- Identify trends in MEA education and consumer behavior to drive strategic pivots.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with department heads across marketing, sales, and operations to optimize the MEA sales process.
- Establish best practices in customer engagement, lead generation, and sales execution.
Customer & Market Intelligence:
- Develop a deep understanding of customer needs, sales objections, and competitive landscape.
- Utilize data-driven decision-making to fine-tune sales and marketing efforts.
Growth & Profitability Focus:
- Maintain healthy unit economics while driving customer acquisition and retention.
- Drive pricing experiments and sales optimization strategies tailored to the Middle East market.

Strong Understanding of the MEA Market
- Prior experience in running business operations in the MEA region, particularly the UAE.
- Ability to identify local market opportunities and execute strategic initiatives for sustainable growth.
- Expertise in pricing strategies for different MEA countries based on market conditions.

- Strong understanding of financial statements, revenue models, and cost structures to drive sustainable profitability.
- Ability to optimize sales funnels and improve key metrics to achieve 30% contribution margin (CM).

- Proven ability to analyze and resolve mid-funnel challenges, ensuring seamless lead conversions.

- Proven Experience: 8-12 years in sales, business growth, P&L management, or strategic expansion, ideally in MEA (UAE) market.
- Market Expertise: Prior experience in the MEA region with a strong understanding of local consumer behavior and business models.

- P&L & Strategy: Strong grasp of financials, pricing models, and profitability strategies.
- Execution-Oriented: A bias for action with a history of driving revenue growth.
