Outstanding Early Years Music/ Performing Arts Specialist Teacher
Dubai British School Jumeirah Park Foundation are currently recruiting for a qualified and experienced Early Years Music/ Performing Arts Specialist Teacher for next academic year 2025-26 starting from Aug 2025.
We are looking to appoint an Early Years Music/ Performing Arts Specialist Teacher to work collaboratively as part of a class and year group team. The successful candidate will assist in promoting the learning and personal development of the named student(s), providing a learning environment that supports their developmental and educational needs, under the overall direction of the Head of Early Years.
The successful candidate will take an active role within their respective year group and wider school community and will demonstrate professionalism, participation, collaboration, and reflection of practice.

Person Specification:
Education: A high-quality degree in Music
Experience: A minimum of 2 years experience teaching music, in an EYFS setting
Be passionate about teaching music to young children in a hands-on, engaging way, with a focus on helping them achieve the best learning outcomes.
Support and guide students in developing their performance and composition skills, helping them bring their musical ideas to life.
Have a strong understanding of music theory and its practical application in teaching.
Confidently demonstrate and model singing and performing in the classroom.
Adapt teaching methods to support students with diverse learning needs.
Possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, fostering positive professional relationships.
Be well-versed in and committed to upholding current safeguarding procedures.
A willingness to make a broader contribution to school life.
The ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced international, multicultural, and demanding environment.
