Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outlet Manager to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. As the Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

• Lead and manage all aspects of outlet operations to ensure profitable and efficient performance
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve outlet business goals and increase revenue
• Accurately forecast business demands and adjust operations accordingly
• Collaborate with management to create and execute effective marketing plans
• Manage staffing schedules to optimize team performance and customer service
• Oversee regular preventative maintenance and ensure adherence to safety and sanitation standards
• Motivate and inspire team members through hands-on leadership and mentorship
• Monitor and evaluate team member performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth
• Develop and deliver training programs for supervisors and team members to enhance skills and knowledge
• Implement and maintain high standards of customer service to maximize guest satisfaction
• Manage inventory, control costs, and optimize profitability while maintaining quality standards
• Stay updated on local food safety regulations and health codes, ensuring full compliance

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field with 3-5 years of experience in food & beverage or restaurant operations management
• Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a retail or food service outlet
• Strong leadership skills with ability to motivate teams and deliver exceptional customer experiences
• Proficiency in financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with guests, team members, and stakeholders
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Food safety certification
