Functional Skills
- Prior experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Interaction Studio is required.
- Good knowledge of Marketing Automation tools and the various tools/platforms that are part of the same, including new ones that may be added.
- Development experience and understanding of SQL.
- Design solutions for various clients to ensure their business goals are achieved.
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert on marketing automation tools, providing guidance to both internal and external clients.
- Train internal stakeholders and external clients on tool usage, best practices, and solutions.
- Experience with JIRA and a process-oriented approach.
- Preferably have an engineering background with 4-6 years of experience as a business analyst/pre-sales consultant in the IT industry.
- Dot net Developer with the ability to develop code in a Dot net environment.
- Experience with any Marketing Automation platform is preferred.
- Ability to work in teams to achieve clear goals for client success.
- Good interpersonal skills and a team player.
- Team handling experience is an added advantage.
- Collaborate with the team to build, track, and deploy solutions.
- Excellent communication skills, with a hunger to learn, proactive attitude, and passion for marketing automation.
