OT / Telecom Engineer

General Description of Role and Responsibilities:

• Good in Design, Engineering, and developing Solutions architecture for Operation Technology (OT/ Telecom) systems
• Experience in developing SOW, RFP, and Contract documents for OT/ Telecom, SCADA systems
• Project Management experience (Planning, Procurement, Project Controls, Internal/External stakeholders management, Execution, Completion & Handover)
• Experience in Installation, Integration, Testing & Commissioning Supervision of OT/ Telecom /SCADA systems
• Systems knowledge (Servers, Hardware, Networks, Software Applications, Industrial Telecommunication, Signal Interfaces, Cyber security components, etc.)
• Hands-on working experience in ABB / HITACHI SCADA (Network Manager) / Siemens SCADA (Simatic) or similar Energy Industry OT/ Telecom systems will be an added advantage

Qualifications, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in engineering.
• 15 years of working experience in Energy industries (Power, Water, Oil & Gas)
• Good in English; Arabic will be an added advantage
• Good Communication skills and Collaborative Attitude
