Could you be the full-time onsite OT Cyber Security Architect in Dubai, United Arab Emirates we’re looking for?

Your future role

Take on a new challenge and apply your extensive cybersecurity architecture expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside innovative, collaborative, and dedicated teammates. You'll be instrumental in safeguarding the integrity of Alstom solutions by designing resilient cybersecurity frameworks. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Project/Program team, Cyber Engineers, Cybersecurity Governance & Expertise), lead cybersecurity risk assessments, and much more.

We’ll look to you for:

1. Responsible for Alstom solution security analysis and of the definition of its security requirements and architecture.
2. Understand the solution to be delivered and to be secured.
3. Execute on the risk analysis and identify/ propose the countermeasures to be put in place.
4. Design and document reliable security architecture resilient against cyberthreats (CADRA).
5. Ensure update and upgrade delivered solution cybersecurity as needed.
6. Guarantee the cybersecurity technical coverage vis-à-vis the contract.
7. Lead and contribute to activities such as:
8. Cybersecurity risks assessment.
9. Cybersecurity requirement implementation.
10. Cybersecurity evaluation of the developed solution(s).
11. Management of 3rd parties on Cybersecurity aspects.
12. Provide technical guidance and supervision for the project team.
13. Participate in Project Design Reviews.
14. Support engineering team to answer design and technical difficulties related to cybersecurity implementation, be referent for management and third parties on cybersecurity architecture and technical implementation.
15. Ensure homogeneous cybersecurity implementation conform to Governance & Expertise policies.
16. Respond and support to any security-related incidents and provide post-event analysis.
17. Ensure cyber trend watch (new threats, new technologies, etc.) related to the delivered solution(s).
18. Responsible for cybersecurity architecture at system and sub-system level.
19. Cybersecurity Design Reviews.
20. Ensure cybersecurity control implementation in design.
21. Provide requested deliverable in time with adequate quality.
22. Alignment with Alstom cybersecurity strategy and policies.
23. Contribution to Peer Reviews.
24. Performance measurements:
25. No "NO GO" for Cybersecurity reasons in Gate Reviews.
26. Quality of Cybersecurity deliverables, in time.
27. Achievement of Project/Program targeted level of Cybersecurity.
28. Assessment findings: Low rework due to external or internal assessments.
29. Vulnerability management is in place.
30. Respect of Cybersecurity activities QCD commitment.
31. Cybersecurity issues: quality of impact analysis, issue resolution.

2. Degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology or related field.
3. Experience or understanding of OT/IT security practices and risk management.
4. Knowledge of cybersecurity standards and regulations (ISA/IEC 62443, TS 50701, ISO 2700X, NIST).
5. Familiarity with network security architecture development and security controls.
6. Excellent communication skills and ability to interact with a variety of stakeholders.
7. Proven ability to work in teams and autonomously.
8. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
9. Capacity to design and evaluate cyber architecture.
10. Experience in embedded or industrial systems.
11. Fluency in English (spoken and written).
