Responsibilities
- Diagnose and assess musculoskeletal conditions, injuries, and disorders through patient evaluations and diagnostic tests
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Perform orthopedic surgeries, including joint replacements, fracture repairs, and spinal procedures
- Utilize advanced surgical techniques and technology to achieve optimal surgical outcomes
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure integrated and comprehensive patient care
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in orthopedic surgery through continuous learning and professional development
- Provide expert consultation and guidance to healthcare professionals and patients on orthopedic conditions and treatment options
Requirements
- Medical degree and valid license to practice as a Consultant and Specialist in Orthopedic Surgery
- Proven experience in performing a wide range of orthopedic surgeries, including joint replacements, fracture repairs, and spinal procedures
- Expertise in advanced surgical techniques and technology specific to orthopedic surgery
- Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal conditions, injuries, and disorders
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with patients and colleagues
- Detail-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize patient care
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address complex orthopedic cases
