Orthodontist

Position Overview

As an Orthodontist at SearchPlus HR, your primary responsibility will be to assess and treat dental irregularities in patients. You will design effective treatment plans using advanced techniques and orthodontic appliances, ensuring optimal outcomes and high levels of patient satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough examinations to diagnose orthodontic conditions
• Develop individualized treatment plans for patients requiring orthodontic intervention
• Apply and manage various orthodontic appliances, including braces and clear aligners
• Monitor patient progress and make timely adjustments to treatment plans
• Educate patients and their families about orthodontic procedures and post-treatment care
• Collaborate with dental teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Stay updated on advances in orthodontics and participate in continuous education

Requirements

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited institution
• Completion of an orthodontic residency program
• Current licensure to practice orthodontics
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in an orthodontic practice is preferred
• Familiarity with modern orthodontic technologies and treatment methodologies
• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with patients
• Strong organizational skills to manage patient records and treatment plans
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team-based environment
