Job Title: Organizational Development Specialist

Job Summary:

One of the worlds largest construction companies are seeking a highly skilled Organizational Development Specialist with expertise in Total Rewards and Performance Management to join their team in Abu Dhabi. This role will play a pivotal part in enhancing employee engagement, optimizing compensation and benefits structures, and driving a high-performance culture within our global construction operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Total Rewards Strategy & Implementation:

  • Develop and implement competitive total rewards programs, including salary structures, benefits, incentives, and recognition programs.
  • Conduct benchmarking and market analysis to ensure compensation and benefits remain competitive and aligned with industry standards.
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to design cost-effective rewards strategies that support employee retention and motivation.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and international best practices in compensation and benefits.

Performance Management & Employee Engagement:

  • Design and enhance the performance management framework, including goal-setting, KPIs, and performance evaluations.
  • Implement tools and methodologies to assess and improve employee performance and development.
  • Partner with business leaders to drive a culture of continuous feedback, coaching, and performance improvement.
  • Lead the implementation of succession planning and career development programs.

Organizational Development & Change Management:

  • Support organizational transformation initiatives by designing and implementing change management strategies.
  • Develop leadership development programs to cultivate high-potential talent.
  • Analyze workforce data to identify trends and make data-driven recommendations for talent optimization.
  • Facilitate training sessions and workshops on performance, rewards, and organizational effectiveness.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree minimum qualification
  • 5 years minimum experience in OD and Total Rewards
  • Highly skilled in performance management
  • Must be located in UAE
