Organisational Design Service Delivery Manager - UAE National

Job Description

• Lead the creation and execution of the section's strategic objectives, policies, initiatives, and operational plans to ensure they align with the organisation's overall goals.
• Oversee the development of the section's annual budget, ensuring it aligns with both strategic and operational objectives, and manage resources effectively.
• Establish performance objectives for the section and ensure their effective achievement. Evaluate service requests from government entities for feasibility and alignment with organisational goals, and ensure successful execution of service delivery engagements.
• Coordinate with delivery teams to address project issues, ensure alignment with strategic goals, and develop regular progress and achievement reports for senior management.
• Lead organisational design consultations, support structure redesigns, conduct job evaluation reviews, and develop a job categorisation framework. Ensure delivery of policy workshops and training sessions for government entities on organisational design and job evaluation.
