Order Management Representative (5 Months Contract) Immediate Joiners

Responsibilities:

• Verify new orders placed by customers in the B2B portal and ensure that all of them are correct in SAP P1 and Warehouse System.
• Check previous orders in the warehouse system to ensure no replacement/discontinuation has happened. Update SAP P1 and B2B Portal if any changes occur.
• Ensure weekly that B2B Master Data (Supersession and Prices) is correct and aligned with SAP P1.

Qualifications:

• Business analytics with good knowledge of Excel / Power BI.
• Must have strong attention to detail and excellent computer skills.
• Experience with SAP is an advantage.
