Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our team of healthcare professionals. As an Oral Maxillofacial Surgeon, you will provide comprehensive care to patients with a diverse range of oral and facial conditions. • Perform routine and complex procedures related to oral and maxillofacial surgery, such as tooth extractions, dental implants, and corrective jaw surgeries.
• Diagnose and treat conditions affecting the mouth, jaw, face, and neck, including infections, injuries, and abnormalities.
• Interpret medical imaging, such as x-rays and CT scans, to assist in diagnosis and treatment planning.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as dentists, orthodontists, and plastic surgeons, to provide comprehensive care to patients.
• Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and post-operative care.
• Use surgical techniques to repair or reconstruct facial structure and restore function, such as cleft palate repair and facial trauma reconstruction.
• Administer and monitor anesthesia during surgical procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
• Participate in continued education and professional development to stay updated on advancements in the field.

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medical Dentistry (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.
• Completion of an accredited Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program.
• Board certification in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
• State dental license and DEA registration.
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
